At WestonBrook Associates, we value the trusted relationships accounting firms build with their clients. When those clients turn to you for guidance, your recommendation carries significant weight and we believe that referrals deserving of that trust should be rewarded.
 

Our Client Referral Scheme is designed to thank accounting firms who introduce us to businesses seeking to hire finance professionals. When your referral results in a completed hire through WestonBrook Associates, you’ll receive a credit that can be redeemed against a future recruitment invoice.

How the Referral Scheme Works
 

1. Refer a Client

If one of your clients is looking to hire for any finance related position, simply introduce them to WestonBrook Associates by emailing us with your client's details; to include hirers name, company name and contact information.


We’ll take it from there, managing the process professionally to reflect positively on your recommendation.

2. Successful Hire

When the referred client successfully hires a candidate through WestonBrook Associates, the referral enters eligibility for reward. All standard terms, including the applicable rebate period, apply.

3. Earn Your Referral Credit

Once the hire is successfully completed and the applicable rebate period has passed, your firm will receive a referral credit equal to: 20% of the net invoice value, capped at £2,000

**Redeeming Your Credit

​

Your earned referral credit:

  • Is applied as a single transaction against the invoice of a future hire with WestonBrook Associates.

  • Can only be used once and in full (credits cannot be split across multiple invoices).

  • Can be redeemed once the rebate period for the future hire has been completed and the invoice has been paid.

This ensures the process remains simple, transparent, and easy to apply.
