Doug brings a deep-rooted background in all things finance, having started his career as a Financial Controller before moving into accountancy & finance recruitment back in 2005. Since then, he’s built a standout track record within both large national firms and boutique recruiters, understanding from both sides, the nuance and complexity involved in recruiting successfully within the accounting sector.

Formerly an Operations Manager within an SME and with 10 years experience recruiting into the finance and accountancy market, Helen has an excellent level of understanding and hands on experience from both sides of the recruiting process.
