Pre-Candidate Introduction Stage

Brief: face to face or virtual meeting to fully understand the requirement

Candidate attraction: Utilising state of the art technology and well established candidate market knowledge to screen and select suitable talent - including full Right to Work and Qualification checks.

Shortlisting: Refining the candidate list into a carefully curated shortlist aligned with your requirements.

CV submission: Delivery of CVs via our CRM to include fully annotated summaries with instant response capability.


Post-Candidate Introduction Stage

Interview: Throughout the interview phase we will ensure all parties are well prepared, enabling both parties to get the most out of the process.

Post interview feedback: After each interview comprehensive feedback will be delivered to all parties to include further stage recommendations.

Offers & negotiations: We will act as the conduit to facilitating the offer process and any resulting negotiations for the benefit of reaching a mutually beneficial outcome.

Pre-Onboarding consultation: Co-ordinating the smooth transition between employers.

Placement: Upon the candidate's commencement we will verbally check in with all parties to ensure a strong start.
